Did you know that this summer is one of the most critical times in recent memory to donate blood? 🩸

A single patient injured in a severe car accident can require up to 100 units of blood.  And right now, the Red Cross has seen a noticeable drop in scheduled donations — at the exact time hospitals need blood most. 

That’s exactly why we added a July 6th drive to our calendar. Our regular donors are still in their waiting period — so this drive depends entirely on NEW donors from our community.

First-timers are always welcome. The process is simple, the staff walks you through everything, and yes — there will be fresh homemade cookies. 🍪

SAVE THE DATE — Monday, July 6th!

The American Red Cross is facing a serious blood shortage this summer. Blood supplies have already dropped by several thousand units in just one week — right as the country enters what’s known as the “100 Deadliest Days” between Memorial Day and Labor Day, when severe injuries from car crashes, accidents, and summer activities surge. 

Our July 6th drive exists because the need is URGENT — and we need FRESH donors to step up. If you’ve never given before, this is your moment.

That’s why our June 10 Blood Drive matters so much to the community.

If you’ve ever wanted to donate but weren’t sure what to expect — it’s simple, it’s safe, and the whole process takes about an hour. First-timers are always welcome and our staff will walk you through every step.
