The Hampton United Methodist Church No Matter: Who you are, What you believe, or Where you are from,
We offer God’s Love, Open Hearts, Open Minds and Open Doors to All.

Worship with us:

10am Service every Sunday
Childcare available for ages 0-5

In the summer, we also offer a
Beach Service (Ocean Blvd & 18th Street in Hampton)
Sundays at 8am (July 5 - Sept 6 ) Join us, as we celebrate God’s gift of diversity and value the wholeness made possible in community equally shared and shepherded by all. We welcome and affirm people of every gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation, who are also of every age, race, ethnicity, physical and mental ability, level of education, and family structure, and of every economic, immigration, marital, and social status, and so much more. We acknowledge that we live in a world of profound social, economic, and political inequities. As followers of Jesus, we commit ourselves to the pursuit of justice and pledge to stand in solidarity with all who are marginalized and oppressed. We are affiliated with the Reconciling Ministries Network. For more information, visit https://rmnetwork.org/

The United Methodist Church was created on April 23, 1968, when The Evangelical United Brethren Church and The Methodist Church united to form a new denomination. But Methodism dates back to 1736 when John and Charles Wesley began a unique religious movement. United Methodists share a historic connection to other Methodist and Wesleyan bodies.
