Faith Baptist Church has 2 pianos that we are trying to give away to anyone that wants one. We have a large one in the sanctuary, and we no longer need the two smaller ones. Please PM me if you are interested.

Our church is getting ready to reorganize some rooms, and we have two pianos and a library full of books that we would like to donate to another church in need. On Tuesday May 19th at 6:30 pm, there will be a meeting at church with the people from the day care that want to work from our church. They will be answering questions from church members as well as any people from the surrounding area that have also been invited to attend. Please make time to come and inform yourself about this issue. This could be a great thing for our church, but you need to come and listen to what they have to say and feel free to ask questions. There will be a church vote on whether to accept them or not on Wednesday May 20th at 6:30 pm. It will be a secret ballot. If you are planning to vote, please come and listen to what is being said so that you may make an informed decision, please don’t rely on second hand knowledge, this is too important.

We voted and welcomed our new Youth Ministries Leader, MS Margret Hunt into the church during Sunday April 26 service! We are so happy that she is with us. The children have enjoyed the lessons that she has taught them. We are looking forward to Vacation Bible School and the youth Campout in July. It is an exciting time for our young people, we are fortunate to have someone that is so dedicated to our youth. Welcome, Margret.

UPDATE:

For those of you that don’t know, my brother, Bill, went home to be with the Lord on the 24th. Thank you to all that have offered words of comfort to my family. I feel so fortunate to have my Faith Baptist Church family. You are such a loving congregation, and have made his passing easier with your support.

We will hold his Celebration of Life service on July 5th in New Hampshire.

I would like to thank all of those who have been praying for my brother and for my family. Thank you for the love offering for the drive up to New Hampshire, and thank you for the food that was delivered to my son and Tom, while my husband and I were with my family, and trying to come to grips with the medical issue my brother is going through. He is now in hospice in his home and being kept comfortable and has family around him. Thank you to all those that visited with Bill in the hospital and while he was with my sister at her home. We have been lifted by your prayers and the love you have shown our family. We don’t know exactly how much time he has left, but we feel it isn’t long. Please continue to pray for our family as we struggle with this impending loss. We love you all.
