Cathedral of Prayer & Deliverance International COGIC is a Pentecostal Christian church and a member of the Church of God in Christ denomination. Its main place of worship is located in Hammond, Louisiana. It was founded by Bishop Willie L. The first sanctuary was located on North Cafe Line Road, in Albany, Louisiana. In November 2001, Cathedral of Prayer & Deliverance International COGIC moved in

to the newest sanctuary located at 12415 Wardline Road where services are currently held every Sunday and Wednesday.
