Our mission is to provide a place for students of Southeastern Louisiana University, especially those baptized into the

Catholic Christian faith, to experience a sense of community based on the religious and moral principles taught by Christ through His One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church. Our focus is developing the God-given virtues of faith, trust, love/charity, and hope as the basis for mature, healthy human relationships. Everyone is welcome regardless of his or her religious beliefs.

Last week we were spoiled- twice!

We had an amazing group from St Albert Catholic Student Center come out and help us, and y’all… they WORKED.

They spent a couple of hours last Monday organizing and sorting in the baby closet, pulling weeds, and trimming our overgrown bushes (bless them). They jumped in with huge smiles and were willing to do anything we asked.

And apparently they had so much fun…
they came back Tuesday for another hour!

We also loved getting to share our mission with them- letting these young adults see firsthand how we serve families in our community. What a gift to pour into them while they poured into us.

They spent the whole week helping throughout our diocese, and we were blessed to get them twice.

To every one of you: thank you! You’re making a difference everywhere you go and changing lives with every act of service.
