We would like to announce a huge event that is still in the planning stages, but will soon be into the next stages of development. In Spring of 2024 we will be hosting a Fishing and Fellowship event in Hamlet! We are planning on having a fishing tournament, food vendors, bounce houses, and several Gospel Groups performing.

As the details come together we will start releasing more information. Please keep this event in your prayers as we get ready to move to the next stages of preparing for the event! Thank you all and God Bless!

These guys are on their way and will be arriving at Oak Ridge Baptist Church at 10am tomorrow morning lol. The dvds are at church, the television is set up, Pastor Ray and Rebecca will be there, Melanie and I will be there, only thing i can think of that may be missing is you...so make plans to join us for the 1st episode of the Chosen. You don't want to miss this!!!!

We are really looking forward to experiencing "The Chosen" with you all on Sunday mornings @ 10 before worship. Plan is to have refreshments and occasionally breakfast. The Chosen is a great series that gives us an amazing look into the time and world of Jesus and His disciples. A charismatic fisherman struggling with debt. A troubled woman wrestling with demons. A gifted accountant ostracised from his family and people. In this ground-breaking first season of The Chosen see how Jesus reaches each of these and more as He works His first miracles and embarks on His ministry to change the world. See Him through the eyes of those who knew Him.
