Flood my life, Father.

“I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance” Ephesians 1:18, NLT.

“Thus says the Lord who made you and formed you from the womb, who will help you: ‘Fear not, O Jacob My servant; and you, Jeshurun, whom I have chosen. For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your offspring'” Isaiah 44:2-4, NKJV.

Father, You are good, and there is none like You! Flood us with Your power. Flood me with Your strength and light. Flood me with Your favor and go before me. Flood me with increase and wisdom for every area of my life. Cause things that seem hidden to be made known. Cause my eyes to see and ears to hear what You are speaking to me. Fill my mouth and flood me with words to preach to the lost. May the floods from You clear my way and refresh my life. Touch the dry places in my life. Make a way in the desert. Make a path in the wilderness. The enemy surrenders to the pathway of the river of Your Spirit. Flood Your people with everything they need today. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!

Keeping your mind stayed on Him.

“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You” Isaiah 26:3, NKJV.

We all have minds, and they are going to be on something. If we are worried, anxious, and fearful regarding what’s happening around us, our trust is in something or someone else other than God.

If your mind is on Him, that means you are trusting Him. Things may come to try to get our minds to wander away, but keep it on the Father and His word. Trust Him to be your way-maker, your help, your strength, your Provider, and your delight. Keep your mind on hearing and obeying Him, trusting that everything will fall in place when you do. Keep spending time with the Lord, trusting that He will give you what you need for your day. Set your heart on taking care of His business because He will faithfully handle yours.

Seek God above it all, trusting you will lack nothing, including joy and His strong, steadfast peace. You will notice that He will supply a perfect peace of mind and heart when it is on Him.

Prayer: Father, thank You for the joy of Your word. I say what You say: You will keep me in perfect peace when my mind is on You. You are always the answer. Help me to keep my mind on the One who can and will meet our needs. Help me not to wander into a place of anxiety and fear in my mind. Help me to trust You. I set blinders on my mind right now, and I receive the grace to keep it on You. All I need is in Christ, and I thank You for perfect peace! In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Hold fast.

“Test all things; hold fast what is good” 1 Thessalonians 5:21, NKJV.

In this hour, things are happening, even unawares, to cause you to let go of everything that pertains to life and godliness. The devil is sending evil spirits, distractions, and various temptations to try to pull you away from the things of God. Yet, now is not the time to let go. Now is the time to hold fast.

If God says to hold fast, or have a firm grip on what is good, that implies there is something very important that you have, and there is someone who will try to pull away, turn you away, take, deceive, or get you to concede what you have. But hold fast to Jesus. Hold fast to your pursuit of the Great Commission. Hold fast to what God has taught you. Hold on to a pure heart. Hold on to your focus. Hold on to His word. Hold on to getting up each day and spending time in God’s word and in prayer. Hold on to going to church and worship. Hold fast to the love of God. Hold fast to walking out every assignment God has specifically given you. Hold fast to it all. Don’t let go of it.

The greater One lives in you, and you have the power and authority to have a firm grip on everything good. Don’t let go, my brother. Hold fast.

Prayer. Father. I give You all the glory, honor, and praise. Thank You so much for all You have done, and are doing in my life. Sometimes, it gets hard, but help me hold fast to everything that pertains to life and godliness. Help me to hold fast to You and give no place to idols. You are first in my life. Help Your people not to be asleep in this hour. Help Your body have a firm grip on the Great Commission and advancing kingdom. No matter what the cost. I will hold fast. I was born for such a time as this, and I will hold fast. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

His word is like a hammer.

“Is not My word like a fire?” says the Lord, “And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces? Jeremiah 23:29, NKJV.

A rock in our lives can be something in our way, and it seems we can’t get past it. If you have a rock in your life, don’t use your hammer. Use God’s! It is much more effective. Just the habit of picking up our own hammer, instead of God’s, can be a rock in itself. Just the habit of having faith in our own strength, instead of God’s, can be a rock in itself.

These times call for making this transition of using His word, not our own method, to overcome. The word of God can handle it. It can break that rock into pieces. It is alive and has power. Use God’s hammer, specific scriptures on any stony, hard places or obstacles in your life. Apply His word and watch God break it for you.

Confession: We live by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. I do not have any obstacle in my life God's word cannot handle. I lay down my hammer and pick up His. I take time and pick up the word of God and as I do, the rock breaks into pieces. I put my trust in the Lord. Greater is He that is in me than He that is in the world. There is nothing too hard for God! I break it right now! The word is like a hammer and shatters all rocks in my way. Glory to God!

Great favor is being released.

Tthe level of favor God is getting ready to release on your life is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced before. You will not be able to explain it. You will not be able to take credit for it. God’s glory is rising upon you and it’s not because you are so trusting of Him. It’s not because you have displayed great faith in Him. It’s because the times we are living in require the glory of God to be seen on His children. Take the blessings as they come your way, and thank Him. Use the great favor for the furthering of the gospel. A king grants favor for a servant to accomplish an important task. The great grace is because your assignment is great. God is strengthening you now, not so you can say look at how strong I am, but look at how mighty my God is.

“But the Lord stood by me and strengthened me, so that through me the message would be fully proclaimed, and all the Gentiles would hear it” 2 Timothy 4:17, Berean Standard Bible.

“‘Thus says the Lord: “Let not the wise man boast in his wisdom, let not the mighty man boast in his might, let not the rich man boast in his riches, but let him who boasts boast in this, that he understands and knows me” Jeremiah 9:23-24, English Standard Version.

Thankful in knowing His character.

“Therefore know [without any doubt] and understand that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who is keeping His covenant and His [steadfast] loving-kindness to a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments” Deuteronomy 7:9, Amplified.

It is important to be thankful for knowing the character of your God. He is holy and good. He is love and rich in mercy. He keeps His word. He chastises those whom He loves, as a father does a son. He will never disappoint you. He never forsakes us, and the Lord is your defender. He is unchanging with all power in His hands.

Refuse to give room to wrestling today with thoughts contrary to the God you know. He has character. If His word is settled in heaven, and it is settled about you. God is not shady, but upright in all His ways. What you read about your Heavenly Father in scripture is who He is. If He said He is for you, He is truly for you.

Whatever point you stand in your life today, be still and be thankful in knowing God’s character, and let it bring you great peace.

Confession: Father, I am thankful I know the character of my God. I am thankful God will not change on me. He tells me what He will do, and He does it. My faith is strong. My faith endures because I know God’s character. He is holy, good, and righteous. He is faithful. Anything contrary to His character is not from Him at all. I will rejoice because I serve a God with character Who keeps His promises. Hallelujah!

Humble yourself to where He's calling you.

“But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble” James 4:6, NKJV.

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” Philippians 4:13, NKJV.

We are in an hour where pride is operating in secret. Yet, we have to humble ourselves so that the grace of God may abound. When we humble ourselves to what He says, the grace, power, and mighty hand of God will be seen in our lives. Just as you can humbly say I can’t do anything without Father, you can lift your hands and humbly say you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you! This is the hour to get beyond “I can’t,” which is pride, every last one of them, and agree with His “You can”. Take on a lowly heart and humble yourself to it.

Through humility, surrender to those Holy Spirit-inspired instructions to step into, and you will find the will of God to use you, the plan of God unfold, and be experienced in your life.

Prayer: Father, I give you great praise. Just as I can humbly say I can’t do anything without You, I lift my hands and humbly say I can do all things through You! Help me to apply humility and surrender to You, so that Your grace may abound and use me mightily in this hour. I love You, Lord, and I thank You. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

He will not fail you. He won't let you down!

“Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or tremble in dread before them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not fail you or abandon you” Deuteronomy 31:6, Amplified.

Throughout my life, I cannot think of a time when the Lord has let me down. Not one time. Not a moment that He was not there. Not an experience that the Father didn’t carry me through. When it was all said and done, the blessing and victory were sitting in my hands.

The Lord will never fail you. Like underground construction, the Father does the work you can’t see. There’s not a moment in your life when he isn’t there. Not one word God has spoken will fall to the ground. He will deliver you. He will help you. He will fulfill. When His will is performed for you, like the people of Israel, it will be like those that dream. You will ask how He could have done this. You will say he delivered me and blessed me. The Lord will blindside you with goodness you won’t see coming. Your enemy will be made your footstool. You will have great laughter when you see the great things the Lord does for you.

Stay the course. He will not fail you. He won’t let you down!

Prayer: Father, I’m encouraged today. I thank You that no matter what I go through, You will never let me down. You will come through for me, and when You do, I will be like those who dream! I rejoice even now because You are well able to perform it. Help me to stay strong in faith. I call it done already, and I thank You. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Not my will. Your will be done.

“For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God” Colossians 1:9-10, NKJV.

"Saying, 'Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done'" Luke 22:42, NKJV.

I pray not our will, but the will of the Father be done today. I pray that you are filled with the knowledge of His will for you. His glorious, abundant will for you. I pray you understand and discern what the Lord is doing in your life and what you must sacrifice to be all He called you to be. The will of God is full of blessings, good and precious. It is where you soar by His grace. It is where you thrive. That’s where you can strongly be yourself, being who he created you to be. The enemy will say do what you want to do but respond with no, I will do what God wants me to do. The enemy will say do it your way, but respond with no, I will do it God’s way. The choices of God will be your choices. Yield to His will being done in your life today. There is truly no better place to be.

Prayer: Father, you are worthy of all praise, honor, and glory. Thank you for having desires and plans for me. Let your will be done in my life. Let your gracious and glorious will be done in my life. Fill me, Holy Spirit, and bless me to walk in you. Bless me to walk in love, strength, and power to give up what is needed to be all you have called me to be. There’s no greater place to be than in your will, and I thank you for helping me walk in it today. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
