Left Jo’Burg at 6 am and drove 6 hours to Kruger National Park for a 3 day safari 🐘. Will fly home Tuesday night. Blessed beyond measure!!

History was made today in the Global Methodist Church, to God be the Glory 🙌

A HISTORIC MOMENT FOR THE GLOBAL METHODIST CHURCH ✨

With overwhelming support, the 2026 General Conference has OFFICIALLY ADOPTED the Articles of Faith, affirming our Wesleyan heritage and establishing a shared expression of the faith that unites us in Jesus Christ.

Together, these Articles speak to who we are, what we believe, and the faith we carry forward as one global connection.

May we hold fast to this faith, walk together in the power of the Holy Spirit, and faithfully proclaim Jesus Christ to a world in need of His grace. 🙏🌍

I was spontaneous today and went on a group tour with a friend. We visited Constitution Hill which has both the original prisons from Apartheid and the new Supreme Court for South Africa. Mandela and Gandhi were both imprisoned here. The tour was gut wrenching-the worst of humanity 😢 we also went to Soweto. We learned of their history (tragic) and visited Mandela’s house. We visited a camp housing community, very eye opening. We ended the day with a tour of the Apartheid Museum.
So many emotions today!!! 💔😢 🙏 but history is important. May we learn from it and do better and be better human beings!!
