Save Historic St. Francis of Assisi Church

Save Historic St. Francis of Assisi Church St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church was constructed in 1896 on land donated by Marcus Daly. It has been faithfully maintained for over 120 years.

It is now threatened with demolition. Please help us to preserve this piece of Montana's history.

This postcard came in a packet of twelve as a "Souvenir Folder of Hamilton Mont." It was printed in Germany, circa 1910. The rectory was moved across the street, but the church has recently been approved for demolition... And another one bites the dust!

The ZBA will resume the hearing for St. Francis after a traffic study. The tentative date set is for June 14, 2021.
