This is a truly sad report. We are to be conformed into the image of Christ. Instead we are under the bushel basket of "Conformity to the Spirit-of-Antichrist" which is the world culture that screams leave me alone and let me be.

[Jas 4:4 NKJV] 4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

It seems even the Church of Christ is choosing to be an enemy of God.

Proverbs thought for today..... Verse 13, "He who conceals his sins does not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy."

~~"We are as sick as our secrets".....is such a profound spiritual principle. When we look into the eyes of another human being and confess to "God and another human being the exact nature of our wrongs"......and they look back with no condemnation but with empathy and compassion...... Sometimes for the first time you believe that restoration is possible! Notice it says "renounces"? That is the action of repentance!

Shame is always the footprint of the enemy trying to stomp out God's mercy and forgiveness!~~

The evil one has deceived the Body of Christ into believing that, “If they have truly experienced conversion, they will seek Him out upon their release.” Satan rejoices when we embrace this belief. He has put the odds in his favor for neutralizing their conversion. Now Satan can meet them at the door or gate upon their release without opposition from the Body-of-Christ.
