Stacks of Monopoly money at the checkout... sounds ridiculous, right? But how often do we try to pay our way to God with a religious resume that holds no real value? Paul had every credential in the book, and he called it all worthless. Only the righteousness of Jesus has real currency.

A king leaving his palace to scrub floors anonymously would be astonishing. But Jesus did infinitely more than that. The Creator became creation. The King became a servant. The Judge bore our judgment. This is our blueprint, not just to admire, but to imitate.

So here’s a simple question to carry with you today:

Who can I serve today?

Maybe it’s someone at work.
Someone in your family.
A neighbor.
A stranger.
Someone who could simply use a little encouragement.

Don’t wait for a big opportunity. Look for the person God has already put in front of you.

Because when we choose to serve like Jesus, we discover a joy that goes way beyond ourselves.

Our hearts are with the people of Colombia. 🇨🇴

In moments of tragedy and uncertainty, we believe in the power of prayer and in a God who is near to those who are hurting.

Today, we’re praying for every family grieving, for those who have been injured or impacted, for first responders and leaders, and for churches and communities serving on the ground.

May God bring comfort to those who mourn, strength to those who are weary, and peace in the midst of fear.

Bridge Church, let’s pray for Colombia. 🙏🇨🇴
