You Are Invited!
St. John Centennial Celebration/Sunday, May 3, 2026/4:00 PM/ Dinner 1pm to 3pm
Come and celebrate 100 years of faithful ministry, and unwavering commitment to God and the Mizpah Community @ St. John A.M.E. Zion Church/6892 Sewell Ave/Mizpah, NJ 08342
For one hundred years, God has been the keeper, the provider, and the guide. Through seasons of joy and seasons of challenge, St. John has stood as a beacon of hope and service. What began as a step of faith has become a legacy of faithfulness.
We honor those who laid the foundation, and we celebrate those who are faithfully sustaining the work right now — praying, serving, giving, leading, showing up, and holding the line.
Because a ministry is not built in a moment. It is sustained by commitment.
Now it’s time to rejoice!
We invite you to celebrate with us in person and by purchasing an ad in our Centennial Souvenir Booklet
Full Page $100 - Half Page $50.00 - Quarter Page $25 - Business Card $15
Come celebrate the faith.
Come celebrate the fellowship.
Come celebrate the favor of God.
We would be honored by your presence as we mark this historic milestone together.

As 2025 draws to a close, we extend heartfelt Christmas greetings to our entire Facebook family. Merry Christmas to each of you who worship, pray, and stay connected with us near and far.
St. John, thank you for your faithful service this year: for caring with compassion, serving with excellence, showing up when it mattered, and standing in the gap for our neighbors, our community, and one another. The work was not always easy, but it was kingdom work, carried out in obedience and love, and it mattered more than you know.
You worshiped through challenges, served with excellence, and remained faithful when the road was long. That kind of faith doesn’t always make noise, but it makes a difference.
May this Christmas season bring you peace where the year has been heavy, joy where hope felt lost, and renewed strength for the journey ahead.
From my heart to yours, Merry Christmas! May the Christ of Christmas continue to dwell richly among us!
We thank God for the gift of you!

Wishing you a blessed and joyful Thanksgiving!

What a Wonderful Men’s Day Celebration!
Theme: “Honoring men who stand strong for Faith, Family, and Fellowship.”
The Men were outstanding!
We will never forget the late Brother Alfred Lundy, whose legacy of faithfulness continues to inspire us. And this year, Brother Dewey Johnson stepped forward with that same steady, unwavering commitment that has blessed St. John for generations.
Thank you, Bishop Dwight Melton, for a powerful word that fed our souls and challenged us to keep growing. Thank you, Minister Lambert, and the River Liturgical Praise Dance Ministry, for worshiping with us! Our hearts are full, our faith is strengthened, and we give God all the glory for what He continues to do in and through St. John. Many thanks to the lovely Women of St. John who prepared the delicious meal.
