Welcome Back, Emanuel students and staff!
What a wonderful way to begin a new school year at Emanuel! 💚
We started our first morning together with donuts, coffee, juice, fellowship, photo op, and plenty of smiles as families gathered during drop-off. It was such a joy to see our school community reconnect and celebrate the start of another year together. 🍩☕️
From there, our students and teachers headed to chapel for a very special Blessing of the Backpacks. 🎒🙏 What a meaningful way to begin the year - placing our students, teachers, families, and the year ahead in God’s hands.
Our theme for this school year is “Rooted in Christ,” reminding us of where our foundation comes from and encouraging us to grow deeper in faith throughout the year.
Colossians 2:6–7
“Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.”
To all of our Emanuel families: thank you for your continued support, prayers, encouragement, and partnership. We are so grateful for the gift of our school community and for the opportunity to walk alongside your children as they learn, grow, and build their lives on Christ.
May God bless our students, teachers, staff, and families as we begin this new school year. May we grow strong roots, build one another up, and abound in thanksgiving. 🌳
