Worn or torn American flags can be dropped off at our Hamburg Council Hall. Please include a note addressed to Joe Mead by Saturday, April 11th. Kirk Stubbendeck, mentioned in the note below, will be at our Council for a meeting and will collect the flags.

There’s snow in the forecast, and it’s too chilly to cook tonight! Head over to the Hamburg Knights of Columbus for the best fish fry in WNY. Come in for “The Big One”, a 10-12oz fresh piece of cod that can be prepared beer battered, breaded, or broiled. Or, if you prefer, Shrimp, Chicken Fingers for the kids, and homemade Clam Chowder. Yummmm!

Say goodbye to February and hello to March, and hopefully some warmer weather!

As a reminder, the Hamburg Knights of Columbus will offer a fish fry every Friday until Easter, from 4:00-7:00 PM. No fishing story here, we feature the Southtowns’ biggest and best-cooked Fish Fry! Come in for “The Big One”, a 10-12oz fresh piece of cod that can be prepared beer battered, breaded, or broiled.

A huge thank you to everyone who has come out and supported our Wednesday “Wing Knights” over the past several years. After careful consideration, we’ve decided to suspend “Wing Knight” for now. We will re-evaluate our options at a later date and keep you informed of any future plans. We may do an occasional pop-up event, so be sure to keep an eye out here, on our page.

On a brighter note, our Annual Lenten Fish Frys are right around the corner! We’ll kick things off on Friday, February 20, and continue every Friday throughout Lent, so mark your calendars and join us! Additional info will be posted as we get closer to 2/20.
