Let me encourage some Pastors this morning who maybe feel like your backs against a wall, may be feeling frustrated even.

You can’t Pastor someone who doesn’t want to be Pastored. You can’t Pastor those who continually dishonor, kick against, murmur and complain.

It’s more than just going to church and sitting on a pew. We have to be willing to receive from the leadership. We have to be willing to be corrected when needed. Willing to serve, willing to be on board with the vision that God has given. Not getting mad and offended and petty over every thing that goes on.
“I’m not getting to do what I want”
“I didn’t get to sing or testify or do this or that”
“I’m not getting to do enough.”
Thats a lot of “I’s” and there’s probably
a reason the Pastor has not moved you up yet or ask you to sing or do something else yet.

We have to be Willing to show respect to those that God has set in order over us. The five fold ministry is in place for a reason. God has a sense of order for a reason and we have gotten so rebellious in our flesh with the attitude “I don’t have to submit to nobody and nobody’s going to tell me anything”
