Why Trappist Dried Shiitake & Oyster Mushrooms?
1. American made- almost all on the market is from China where water quality is suspect (mushrooms are water intensive)
2. No waste- just hydrate what's needed and save the rest. There's often waste associated with fresh
3. Nutritious- there are countless articles online extolling the benefits of mushrooms
4. About half the price found in the grocery store
