| Needs Your Help | Local Non Profit Service Looking For a New Place to feed the hungry
“BKind” is a non-profit service that helps the homeless and needy every week. First Alert has covered many of their events that support feeding and clothing folks in Glen Burnie and AACo. For years the service has been using the parking lot located behind the old Harundale Mall on Aquahart Rd. Recently the management company of the parking lot told BKind to immediately cease using that location.
“No notice, no reason. We service up to 250 people each week with food and clothing.” Said Eric Wedemeyer, one of the founders of BKind. “We are now seeking a new location and praying for a solution,” he continued.
If your business or church has a parking lot that is large enough to handle such a crowd, please BKind and help. Services like BKind are in business for one purpose, to make sure everyone gets a good meal and can find warm clothes. Just the basic essentials of life. And today their mission is homeless and needs your help.
