We are continually reminded that this "work" happens every single day right here in our community. Emmanuel, we want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who keeps our parish vibrant and loving:

Our Thrift Shop Volunteers: Keeping our doors open and serving our wider community with joy.

The Altar Guild: Preparing our sacred space with care and dedication.

Worship & Fellowship Leaders: Leading Morning Prayer and hosting our welcoming coffee hours.

Vestry Members & Highway Cleanup Volunteers: Giving your time, leadership, and hands to care for our church and neighborhood.

The Quiet Servants: Everyone who simply shows up and does what needs to be done, when it needs to be done.

Thank you for answering the call with humble hearts and willing hands. You are the heart of Emmanuel!

At Emmanuel Episcopal Church, we believe a vibrant church family includes every generation—from our long-standing members to the very youngest among us.
We know that coming to church with young children can sometimes feel overwhelming, but we want parents to know one thing: your children are welcome here just as they are.
We love the energy, joy, and occasional wiggles that children bring to worship. To us, the sounds of kids in the pews aren't a distraction—they are a sign of life, growth, and God’s grace in our sanctuary.
Whether you’re looking for a spiritual home, a warm community for your family, or simply a welcoming space on a Sunday morning, there is a place for you here. Come as you are, bring your little ones, and let's worship together.

Fall has arrived here in Hailey, we spent the morning together with an uplifting service and good fellowship during coffee hour. Mark led us in a wonderful Morning Prayer and shared an inspiring sermon written by G. Cole Gruberth.

The message struck a powerful chord with all of us: God's work doesn't require us to be powerful or important; it requires humility, willingness, and the courage to get up and do the work God has given us to do.

Thank you for answering the call with humble hearts and willing hands. You are the heart of Emmanuel!

Building cultural bridges is about more than celebrating traditions — it is about creating connection, understanding, and belonging.

When we take the time to learn from one another, share our stories, honor different cultures, and gather as neighbors, we strengthen the fabric of our entire community. Cultural connection helps build trust, opens doors, and reminds us that our differences do not have to divide us — they can help us grow.

This Saturday in Carey, we invite everyone to come together for an afternoon of culture, community, food, music, and connection.

📍 Carey Fair Grounds

🗓 Saturday, September 26

⏰ 12–4 PM

Come help us continue building cultural bridges — one conversation, one relationship, and one celebration at a time. ❤️

(English/Español) Idaho’s Liberty Bell is coming to Hailey this Wednesday, September 23rd! The bell will be parked on the northwest corner of Bullion and Main St, giving our community a unique chance to experience this national symbol firsthand.

First brought to Idaho in 1950, the bell traveled communities throughout the state before being formally presented to the people of Idaho. More than 75 years later, following a comprehensive professional restoration, the bell is hitting the road again as a signature legacy initiative of America250 in Idaho. Its story connects Idahoans to the nation’s history and to the ideas of liberty, self-government, civic responsibility, and participation that have shaped our country...

What a lovely Sunday we had together!

We begun the day with a unique and special service of Morning Prayer and Holy Eucharist, beautifully led by Janet and the Rev. Rob Gieselmann. Afterward, everyone headed home to gear up for our much-anticipated annual parish picnic!

It was such a delightful way to spend a gorgeous afternoon in the park—laughing, playing games, and definitely eating a little more than we should have!

A huge, special thank you to Sandy for organizing such a wonderful event. Not only did we share plenty of joy and fellowship, but we also had a blast raising funds for the priest’s discretionary fund!

Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a memorable day. Here’s to many more moments of community and grace together!
