October 27, 1927 - Halloween Party at Ascension. Thank you to Erika for sharing!

If people find pictures from the church, please feel free to share them! I’ll be happy to post them on this page.

I (Mike) have an archive of them that I put together for our 100th Anniversary Celebration. I also passed along everything I had, including from our final service, to the Haddon Heights Historical Society.

We may have been gone for a year now, but there’s an awful lot to celebrate and remember from the 101 years that Ascension served God and the community!

As of last Thursday, Ascension Lutheran Church, along with the corner lot fronting the White Horse Pike, have been sold. The plan is to turn the property into a school.

The stained glass windows will be saved, and will be installed at Faith Tabernacle Community Church in Clayton, NJ, except for one which will be sent to the Lutheran Archives in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.
