We packed our trunks and traveled back in time to see the dinosaurs. 🦖We saw swimming, flying, and land dinosaurs. 🦕 It was so hot, we had to take a break and go outside to play with bubbles 🫧the water table 💦and sandbox. We also celebrated Dakota’s birthday!🥳 We finished with creating our own fossil imprints and digging for a dinosaur! 🦖🦕 Wonder what’s in store for next week?? 🤔

Brr…..🥶🥶🥶 Was it cold in the polar region this week! We saw how different animals live and survive in their habitats. Now we’re heading home and getting ready for our next adventure. We celebrated our friend Kaia’s birthday this week too! 🥳 Before we left the zoo, we had a visit from Steve the Snake Man! Wow! That was a treat!!! 🐍

🎶 “Under the sea, under the sea🎶…”Yes we explored the ocean habitat this week. Some of us love the whales but others like the puffer fish! 🐠 🐳 We did finally get to plant Pumpkin Jack 🎃 and Ms. Emily said she’d let us know if pumpkins start to grow during the summer while we’re not in school. Meanwhile we had to work on our Mother’s Day gifts—-Shh. Don’t tell! Next week our trip through the zoo takes us to the polar region. Brrr! 🥶❄️

Phew! It sure was hot this week in the desert! We saw what animals and plants live there and we created our own desert habitat picture. The zoo was still active with visitors to the snack shop and helpers taking care of sick animals. Still we found time to play with babies and make hideouts with our friends. Next week we dive into the oceans! We welcomed Molly to our preschool and on her birthday too!!! 🙂

We had a wonderful week at school. Sure we looked at the plants and animals of the Savanna, but we also had Earth Day. We created our earth with a salt painting and pretended to clean up our oceans of garbage. Take your child to work day had visits from Alyssa, Robby, and Ryan. They helped us do a surprise project and build homes for our Savanna animals. We celebrated Logan’s 5th birthday, and also had a visit from Henry! We love Henry. Phew! We go to visit the desert next week! 🌵🐪🏜️

Some of us went on the bus while others drove their “chair cars”to the zoo to visit the rainforest animals. We pretended to be zookeepers, guides, ticket salespeople, face painters, food staff and visitors. We measured worms and tried dragon fruit. Next week we head to the Savanna!! We welcomed Charlotte to our Preschool and celebrated Aurora’s birthday too! 🐍🐛🪱🦜

Happy Easter! Our preschool friends had an “egg-cellent” wonderful week! 🐣🐣 We experimented with Peeps, hunted for treats, and decorated eggs We also welcomed a new friend to our classroom named Dakota and….we celebrated Leo’s birthday too! 🎈But that wasn’t all! Pastor Tim came in to read a book to us and so did Mrs. Galloway! We worked hard this week. We never found the Easter Bunny but we always find our friends! 🐰
