Eventually, as young children we become painfully aware our parents and even we ourselves will die. But overtime, that troubling awareness subsides, that is until someone we love dies. How can we truly live as we "walk through the Valley of the Shadow of Death?" Jesus words give us the only Hope to cope with the reality of death: "I AM the Resurrection and the Life."

Why does God lead us into difficult circumstances? Thankfully, our adversities are not random and without purpose. God brings trials into our life to build our trust in Him, to obey Him in faith and to apply what we've already learned about Him.

The Book of Esther reads like a suspenseful saga. But as we read, we must remember that this is not a fictional novel to be read casually for leisure, but is a Historical Narrative communicating actual events that God Ordained for OUR Salvation, including examples, applications and warnings for us.

The Book of Esther reads like an ongoing saga full of suspense. But as we read, we know that God is Sovereignly working out the details He Ordained before th...

Is faith in Jesus a "leap in the dark?" Contrary to popular thought, Faith in Christ actively trusts Him based on the facts of the credible, eyewitness testimony of the Apostles, not for the lack of it. So why do we find it difficult to trust the Biblical Record? The power of Sin produces an unreasonable, unethical bias in our minds that actually makes us unwilling to believe and bend the knee to the Savior. Unless the Holy Spirit renews us, we will never believe. But when the Holy Spirit opens our hearts and removes our fatal stubborness through the preaching of the Gospel, we willingly go where the evidence leads, confess Jesus as LORD and Savior, give all glory and praise to God and become witnesses of His great Salvation.

Is faith in Jesus a "leap in the dark?" Contrary to popular thought, Faiith in Christ actively trusts Him based on the facts of the eyewitnesses testimony o...

In Chapter 8 of Luke's Gospel, he recounts 4 Miracles performed by Jesus: The Calming of a Storm, The Casting out of Demons, The Healing of a chronic disease and The Resurrection of a dead girl. Jesus had a larger purpose in performing these Supernatural acts: To bear witness of His Identity to all who saw them. His words and actions still demand a response from all who read Luke's Gospel. What is yours?

Before the Resurrection of Jesus, the grave appeared to be our final destination. But now we know the Earth is in labor pains waiting to give up the lifeless, decayed bodies of Believers to be transformed into the Children of Glory with their Risen Lord on that Final Day.

Before the Resurrection of Jesus, the grave appeared to be our final destination. But now we know the Earth is in labor pains, waiting to release their lifel...

Why are Addictions so prevelant? Why are we dominated by thoughts and desires that destroy our enjoyment of all that is good in life? Timothy Brindle helps us understand that the root of Addiction is the sin of Idolatry; the misery producing worship of created things rather than the Liberating Blessedness that attends the Worship of the Creator through Jesus Christ.
So how do Christians and non-Christians break the chains? We're so glad you asked!

Why are Addictions so prevelant? Why are we dominated and enslaved by patterns of thought, words and deeds that destroy our enjoyment of all that is good in...

Psalm 15 gives us the standard required to dwell in God's favorable presence: "Personal, Entire, Exact, and Perpetual Obedience." David doesn't say it in those words but when we read his description of the Godly man, we know what he means... and we know its not us. Then how can we gain God's approval?! Listen in to find out how, "what is impossible with man, is possible with God.”

The human soul has the capacity, even better, the need to comprehend very weighty matters. Children are amazed by small things, but adults require more to be awestruck. This more, this heaviness of awe, this utter amazement nears the Bible's definition of Glory. Jesus longed to be reunited with the Father's Glory while on Earth, that the Father would Glorify Him on the Cross and prayed that we would share in His Glory for Eternity.

The human soul has the capacity, even better, the need to comprehend very weighty matters. Children are amazed by small things, but adults require more to be...
