An ancient Egyptian inscription known as the Famine Stela speaks of a seven-year famine in Egypt.

And if you know your Bible, that should immediately remind you of Joseph.

Now, to be honest, this stone does not mention Joseph by name and it does not perfectly match the Genesis account.

But it does remind us of something powerful:

The world of the Bible was a real world.

A world of kings, famine, crisis, and divine intervention.

And time after time, history keeps giving us echoes of the same kinds of events Scripture has been speaking about all along.

You don’t need to force evidence to have faith.

But when history and the Bible keep brushing against each other like this…
it should make people pause.

đź“– Genesis 41:57
“And all countries came into Egypt to Joseph for to buy corn; because that the famine was so sore in all lands.”

The crucifixion was not just a moment on earth… it was a moment all of creation felt.

According to historical astronomy records, a lunar eclipse took place on April 3, 33 AD — a date many believe could align with the crucifixion of Jesus.

Bible tells us that when Jesus was crucified, darkness came over the land.

📖 Luke 23:44–45
“And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour. And the sun was darkened…”

And then there’s this:

đź“– Acts 2:20
“The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood…”

Now think about that.

The cross was not just another death.
It was not just another Friday.
It was the moment the Lamb of God was taking on the sin of the world.

The One who healed the broken…
forgave the guilty…
opened blind eyes…
and carried the weight of our salvation…

was hanging on that cross for us.

So when I read about a blood moon on that same day, I can’t help but feel the weight of it.

Not because I need science to believe.
But because even creation seems to whisper the same truth:

**Jesus is not just a man in history.

He is the Son of God who gave His life for the world.**

The cross was real.
The sacrifice was real.
And thank God… the resurrection was real too.

đź“– Romans 5:8
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

Thousands of years later… His blessing still reaches us.

One of the most beautiful discoveries connected to Scripture is the Ketef Hinnom silver scrolls.

These tiny silver amulets were discovered near Jerusalem in 1979, and when they were carefully unrolled, they revealed words that believers still know and love today:

“The Lord bless you and keep you…”

A form of the priestly blessing from Numbers 6:24–26 was written on them—making them the oldest known biblical text ever discovered, even older than the Dead Sea Scrolls.

And honestly… that touches me deeply.

Because this wasn’t just ancient writing.

This was God’s Word.
Words of blessing.
Words of covering.
Words of peace.

That means long before we opened our modern Bibles…
long before our churches gathered…
long before our generation was even here…

God was already speaking blessing over His people.

And that reminds me of something powerful:

His Word is not temporary.

People come and go.
Generations rise and fall.
Kingdoms fade.
But the Word of God remains.

The same God who said,
“The Lord bless you and keep you”
is still the same God watching over His people today.

So if you’ve been tired, overwhelmed, anxious, or carrying a lot lately…

Receive this today:

May the Lord bless you and keep you.
May He shine His face upon you.
May He give you peace.

If you receive God’s blessing over your life today, like and subscribe and leave an “Amen.”

Scientists say Earth may hold massive amounts of water deep beneath the surface—and for believers, that raises a very interesting question.

For years, many people have pictured the earth as if all its water was only on the surface—in the oceans, rivers, lakes, and seas.

But scientists have found evidence that deep inside the earth, far below us, there may be huge amounts of water stored inside rock minerals in the mantle. Not underground oceans the way movies make it sound—but water hidden within the earth itself. Some estimates suggest that the amount could rival or even exceed the volume of the oceans we see today.

And when I read that… I immediately thought about Noah’s Flood.

Because in Genesis 7:11, the Bible doesn’t only talk about rain from above. It also says:

“...all the fountains of the great deep [were] broken up...”

That verse has always stood out to me.

Long before modern printing, before churches, and before our time… God was already preserving His Word.

The Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in 1947 near Qumran, by the Dead Sea, and they became one of the most important discoveries connected to the Bible. Among them were ancient copies of Scripture—including major portions of Isaiah—written long before the time of Christ.

And honestly… that moves me.

Because when I think about how many empires rose and fell, how many generations came and went, how much persecution, war, and darkness this world has seen…

the Word of God still remained.

Not erased.
Not forgotten.
Not lost.

Preserved.

That tells me something powerful:

God watches over His Word.

People have doubted it.
Mocked it.
Tried to discredit it.
Tried to bury it.

And yet, century after century, it still stands.

That’s why discoveries like the Dead Sea Scrolls matter so much to me—not just because they are historical, but because they remind me that the Bible I hold today is not some random book put together in confusion.

It is a Word that God has faithfully carried through time.

And if God has been faithful to preserve His Word…

He will also be faithful to keep His promises.

So when I read Scripture, I don’t just see ancient pages.

I see a God who never stopped speaking.

If you believe God still speaks through His Word, leave an “Amen.”

Long before church councils and centuries of debate, Christians were already calling Jesus God.

One of the most fascinating discoveries connected to early Christianity is the Megiddo Mosaic, found in northern Israel and dated by many scholars to around 230 AD.

What makes it so important is that it contains a Greek inscription often translated or summarized as a dedication “to God Jesus Christ.”

That matters because it shows something very important:

The belief that Jesus is divine was not a late invention.

It was already being expressed by believers long before Christianity became politically powerful, long before famous councils, and long before later theological debates shaped church history. The mosaic comes from an early Christian worship space associated with the area of ancient Megiddo, and scholars note it likely reflects a real worshiping Christian community from that time.

And honestly, that’s what makes this so powerful to me.

Because sometimes people speak as if the earliest Christians only saw Jesus as a teacher, a prophet, or a moral example.

But history keeps showing us something deeper:

They worshiped Him.

Not just as a man.
Not just as a messenger.
But as Lord.

And during Easter week, that hits even harder.

Because the resurrection was never just about a miracle.

It was about who Jesus truly is.

Not only the One who died.
But the One who rose.

Did you know early Christians were already calling Jesus God this early? Comment “YES” or “NO.”

What if one of the Bible’s most impossible miracles left behind a clue in the desert?

In Exodus 17, the people of Israel were in the wilderness, thirsty, desperate, and surrounded by a place that looked like it had nothing left to give.

Then God told Moses to strike the rock.

And out of something that looked dry, lifeless, and impossible… water came out.

That moment happened at Rephidim, near Horeb, and for many people it has always sounded too impossible to believe.

But what makes this so powerful is not just the location people debate about.

It’s the message behind it:

God can bring provision out of places that look empty.

Some researchers connect a large split rock site in northwestern Saudi Arabia to this story, while many scholars still say the exact location of Rephidim remains uncertain. But so is the biblical claim that God provided water from the rock.

And honestly… that’s what speaks to me the most.

Because some of us know what it feels like to be in a dry season:

spiritually dry
emotionally drained
mentally exhausted
wondering how God will provide

And yet this story reminds us of something powerful:

God is not limited by what looks impossible to us.

If He can bring water from a rock…
He can bring peace from your pain,
hope from your darkness,
and provision from your dry place.

Have you ever seen God provide for you in a dry season? Comment “YES” if He has.
