Scholar "shluchoh" rabbi, determined to find and mekarev just about every Jewish person (and some friendly allies) in remote settings, even before 1991 inception in greater Navajoland/Gallup area and beyond. Built initial JCIC from self plus Gallup, NM's one "token Jew" for Gallup

public building-opening appearances, to 63+ family-units. Now building in rural and semi-rural Oklahoma. All events must be within halachic boundaries. As physical safety needs have increased, have increased online presence and events and may we only hear good news.
