I want to thank all or neighbors in Guston who have reached out with information regarding the vandilizing of the church and those who have offered to help. It does our hearts good and eases the pain just a bit. Again, thanks for being great friends and neighbors.

When you vandalize a small country church that is struggling already, you are an extra special kind of low. Late Saturday afternoon someone cut the wiring to the AC units of Patteson Memorial Presbyterian Church in Guston. Then they retuned at around 3:30 this morning & stole the electric meters & both AC units. They are after copper. Area churches & others beware! According to witnesses on Sat, it was a man & woman in a black pickup truck that started cutting the wires & then something scared them & they took off, but apparently returned! People living in Guston, please keep an eye out & report anything you see.
