Proverbs 22:6

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

Parents, what we teach our children today matters!

Teach them to pray.
Teach them to love God.
Teach them to respect others.
Teach them the Word.
Teach them to serve.
Teach them that even when life gets hard, God is still faithful.

We cannot expect the world to teach our children what we should be teaching them at home. Plant the Word in them while they are young, and trust God to bring the harvest in His timing. One plants, one waters God gives the increase.

Our children are watching us. Let them see us pray, worship, forgive, serve, and trust God.

Train them in the way of the Lord—because what you plant in them today can impact generations tomorrow.
