Happy New Year’s Eve, Family!

As we prepare to turn the page to 2026, many of us are setting goals and making resolutions. That desire for "newness"—to be better, to go further, to change for the good—is a beautiful thing. In fact, it’s biblical!
Throughout Scripture, we see that our God loves the "new." He tells us to sing unto Him a "new song." He promises to give us a "new heart." He declares in His Word, "Behold, I will do a new thing."
The intention to improve your life is good, but partnering with God makes it powerful.
Tonight, we aren't just celebrating a date change; we are celebrating the God who crafts us for new works. If you are looking for a fresh start, the best place to find it is in His presence.
Bring your resolutions, your dreams, and your family to our New Year's Eve Service tonight at 10:00 PM. Let’s invite the Lord to breathe life into our plans for 2026.

2026 is Coming. Are You Relying on Your Strength, or His?

Welcome to the last few days of 2025!
As we approach this final Sunday of the year, many of us are already thinking about New Year's resolutions. We tend to start strong. We have big goals to change habits, drop old burdens, or start fresh. Yet, we all know the pattern: about seven days to a month later, that resolve starts to fade, and we revert to old ways.

Why does this happen? Because human willpower has a battery limit. If we try to change in our own strength, that strength will eventually fade.

But there is a better way to enter 2026.
The Scripture reminds us that we don't have to carry the load alone. Instead of leaning on our own understanding and grit, we can stand on the declaration of the Apostle Paul: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13).

When we ask Him, God is willing to take those cares, habits, and traditions that are causing us to stumble and replace them with His glory.

There is a beautiful promise in God’s Word: "Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4).
Many interpret this as God giving us materialistic things we want. But a deeper look into the original language reveals something much more profound. It means that when we delight in Him, He doesn't just grant wishes; He actually places His holy desires inside our hearts. He aligns our wants with His perfect will.

Imagine starting the New Year desiring what God desires for you. That is where true change happens.
Join us this Sunday as we reflect on the year past and prepare our hearts for what God wants to do in 2026. Let's finish strong together.

Great Gulf Coast Elect Ladies/Brotherhood Meeting

Praise the Lord, saints!
This is an official announcement regarding our upcoming Great Gulf Coast Elect Ladies/Brotherhood meeting in the Tampa area this weekend. We trust that you have already registered, finalized your hotel accommodations, and prepared for travel.
Please be aware that due to the meeting, there will be no services held this weekend at Christ the Redeemer.

For those who are not attending the meeting in Tampa, our next regular service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th, at Christ the Redeemer in Gulfport.

Friday will be dedicated as a travel day for those journeying to Tampa.

The meeting sessions will officially open on Saturday morning at 9:00 AM. The dress code for all activities on Saturday will be casual and comfortable.

Our concluding service will take place on Sunday morning at 10:00 AM. The attire for this final service will be church formal, and we kindly request that women wear their most beautiful white garments.

Detailed schedules for Saturday's events and workshops have been disseminated by your respective directors within your personal group chats. Please consult those schedules for specific timings and locations.

We eagerly anticipate a spirit-filled and enriching time of fellowship and growth in Tampa. For those remaining in the Biloxi area, we look forward to worshipping with you on Tuesday at Christ the Redeemer.
