We will have food pantry this Thursday from 530-800. We are blessed to serve you.

Reminder October will be our certification time for food pantry. You will need ID and each person will need to come to sign paperwork. More details to come as we get closer.

We picked up our food for the food pantry Thursday night. We are a small pantry and serve 25-30 families a month. That is about 100 people total.
In October we received almost 900 pounds of food. In November (Thanksgiving) we received about 600 pounds. Now we are preparing for Christmas and USDA had 240 pounds of food for us.
Thank God I have a very charitable church. We spent a bit over $500 and have about 3 times what the government gave us. We will be able to provide food for at least 50 families for the busiest month of the year.
It may not be turkeys and dressing or traditional Christmas food,but we will be able to provide for the families in our area.- pastor Judi.

Although this is another topic the words ring true for so many seasons of life. Taken as an individual statement we know our time is not his time. We must wait and have faith.

If we all bloomed at the same time we would never be able to enjoy each other’s splendor. Celebrate others success, your time will come. Continue to grow, do not become stagnant. Your work is not done but when it’s time you will bloom great reward.
