Thank you for everyone who came to worship in the dark this morning. Journey Band went acoustic, the preachers spoke up, the prism was on fire, and the lights came on towards the end of the last service. Because power has been restored, the office will be open tomorrow. Please let the pastors know if you need help.

We are grateful, O Lord our God, for a place to worship and find peace on this your day. We want to experience your power and presence. Amen.

Dear Church Family:

I hope you are safe after our recent storm. If you need help, please let us know and we will do whatever we can to assist you and heal our community together.

Tomorrow, we will have worship in the sanctuary at 8, 9:30, and 11am. We will almost certainly be without power but we will be together in the place we most need to be. Please help us get the word out.

We have faced trouble before and have learned that we can take a punch. We have also learned that times like these demonstrate how much our community needs a church like ours. We will rise, we will heal, and we will shine.

In Christ’s love,
Pastor Nathan

Help me to order my steps today, God, who turns chaos to order, so that I set aside time to rest, to enjoy the people and places around me, and to slow down the pace, even a little. Amen.

As the week winds down, help me, Lord, to complete the important tasks and to discern which things need my attention most, and which can wait. Lead me to create healthy boundaries between work and play. Amen.

On my knees I go down the path of prayer

Day or night O, Lord you lead me where The waters calm and the stillness Let me know you are my God Jesus, what a friend you are You're always there Down the path of prayer
