God doesn’t need your plan to provide for you.

Matthew 17:27 NIV
“But so that we may not cause offense, go to the lake and throw out your line. Take the first fish you catch; open its mouth and you will find a four-drachma coin. Take it and give it to them for my tax and yours.”

Jesus and Peter needed money for taxes. No bank transfer. No paycheck coming. So Jesus tells Peter to go fishing, and in the mouth of the first fish he catches is exactly the amount they need.

That’s how God works sometimes. Unexpected. Unconventional. Not how you expected, but exactly what you needed.

We get stuck thinking provision only comes through the job, the client, the check we’re waiting on. But God isn’t limited to your source. He is the source.

He can use a phone call, a stranger, a refund you forgot about, an opportunity you didn’t apply for. He can use a fish.

So if you’re in a place where nothing makes sense financially, emotionally, spiritually, don’t box God in. He sees what you need before you ask. And He’s creative enough to meet it in ways you didn’t see coming.

Stop stressing about the how. Start trusting the Who.

Type PROVIDED if you believe God is working even when you can’t see it. Share this with someone who needs hope about their situation.
