It’s been a year and a half since my good friend Kevin Lyons had a double lung transplant. He’s doing great here at yesterday’s Yankees game with his wife Lori. Kevin had a lung disease caused by his clean up efforts at the World Trade Centers after 9/11. The weekly power of prayer for Kevin from CTK helped Kevin along to receive this miracle. Kevin sends along his thanks to the CTK gang. God is good.

Two Reasons:
1. Ordination vows are like marriage vows: they change who you are. Married people wear rings to symbolize their identity. Simialrly, priests wear collars.
2. Besides that, the Church needs to be more visible in the world. Thus, the officers of the Church should stop trying to blend in. Priests should not be afraid of being visible.
