Hello all! St. Paul WELCA Rummage Sale updates:
We are missing a few of the racks for the rummage sale. If you have borrowed them, could you please return them as soon as possible. Thanks so much.
Wanted: Volunteers for the Rummage Sale September 12 and 13. Thank you to Sue Askew and Becka Jenzen who have answered the call to head the cashier table.
Next on the list of volunteer needs:
Linens Co-chair to assist Karen Ficht. Karen can be there for the sale days, but only limited amounts of time during the set-up period. So we need some one who likes pretty linens and can sort, fold, and organize them attractively.
Boutique Chair and workers - especially someone to sort and tag jewelry(much can be done at home). Contact Sandy Brown.([email protected] )
Snack Supplies and Lunches - Sue Gellasch could use a co-chair to help solicit lunch providers, and to help set-up and clean-up lunches during the set-up week of Sept 8-13. Also, if you are able to prepare a lunch during that work week, contact Sue ([email protected]) . Donations of snacks, drinks, and desserts are also needed. Contact Ilene Brown([email protected]) or sign-up on WELCA Bulletin Board. Money donations to help defray food costs are also welcome. (GOOD WAY FOR MOTHERS/FATHERS AT HOME WITH YOUNG CHILDREN TO VOLUNTEER!)
Electronics, Sports, Tools, Art Work, - need volunteers to help with set-up-especially during the set-up week.
Any questions : contact Liz Jenzen at ejenzen .net
