Today the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ. In the Eucharist, Jesus does not give us a symbol of His love, but His very Self – His Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity – to nourish us, strengthen us, and draw us into communion with Him and with one another. May we approach the altar with renewed faith and gratitude, and may our lives become a living witness to the Lord we receive.

On Sunday, May 31st, St. Cecilia Church joyfully celebrated the May Crowning of the Blessed Virgin Mary. 👑

This year's honor was given to our First Holy Communion candidates who reverently crowned our Blessed Mother in a beautiful expression of love and devotion. The tradition of May Crowning reminds us of Mary's special role and invites us to imitate her faith, humility, and obedience to God's will.

As we conclude the month dedicated to Our Lady, we thank these kids of both partner parishes for carrying out this sacred responsibility and pray that the Blessed Virgin Mary continues to watch over all of our First Holy Communion children and their families.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us. 🙏
