Join us for a fun and meaningful date night at Hope Waukee! Married Up is an evening designed to help couples laugh together, reconnect, and invest in their marriage.

Dan and Danielle Macaulay will bring a fun combination of comedy, music, encouragement, and practical teaching. Couples will leave with helpful tips and tools to strengthen their relationship while simply enjoying a relaxed evening together.

This is meant to feel like a relaxed date night, not a marriage class. There will be no group discussion or pressure to share personal details. Whether you are newly married or have been together for decades, you can simply enjoy dinner, spend intentional time together, and leave feeling encouraged and equipped with practical tools to strengthen your marriage.

Early-bird registration is $25 per couple through October 1. Registration increases to $30 per couple after October 1. Dinner is included.

For I was hungry and you made the most amazing charcuterie board. I was thirsty, and you had a great variety of beverages to choose from. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home that had been deep cleaned and perfectly decorated.

Just a reminder ladies, God didn't ask us to perform "Hospitality". He called us to "Philoxenia" - an active, brotherly love for those we might not know yet.

Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it!

The Gathering is just a few days away. 🤍

And if life feels a little too full right now, you definitely don’t need to get it all together before Thursday night.

Actually…that might be the whole point.

We’re talking about Mary, Martha, and what Jesus might really have been saying to a woman whose mind was pulled in a hundred different directions.

Spoiler: I don’t think the lesson is “stop being such a Martha.” 😉

There's something especially wonderful about having a reason to leave the house on a Thursday night that doesn't involve errands, carpooling, or wondering what everyone else is having for dinner.

The Gathering for Women is starting back up after the summer break, and we would love to save space for you. Come settle in, connect with women who are figuring life out too, and take a breath in a room where you don't have to hold everything together.

Whether you have been part of Women of Hope for years or you've quietly wondered if you would fit in here, you are welcome. We've been praying for you.

The "Season Finale" of our year spent in the book of Romans for our "Rooted and Renewed," annual theme was Thursday -- what a fun night! Rachel Eslick brought it home with a "party pump," tons of energy and we even had time for a round of charades. THANK YOU VOLUNTEERS who made our ministry glow this year. We see your hearts for Jesus and other women!
