What an incredible way to kick off a new ministry year!

We are still celebrating all that God did last weekend on Rally Sunday as we kicked off a new ministry year! It was such a joy to connect with so many of you and we can’t wait to see all that God has in store as our fall ministries begin!

If you’re looking to learn more about Hope Grimes and discover how you can get connected, we’d love to invite you to worship this weekend and to Hope Grimes 101 happening this Sunday following our 11:00 am service! This is a great opportunity to learn more about the vision God has for this church and what it means to become a member. All are welcome and we’d love to see you there!

Speaking of worship, this weekend we will be wrapping up our sermon series, Life Changing Conversations, where we will be learning about Jesus’ appearance to his disciples on the road to Emmaus and what that encounter teaches us today.

It’s Rally Sunday church! 🎉🙌

Bring the family and join us as we gather for worship and kick off a new ministry year! We are also excited to announce that breakfast is back! Come hungry, come expectant, and come ready to see what God has in store for the year ahead!

We also want to invite you to stay after services for lunch, followed by Care and Safety Sunday, where we will learn how we can create a safe and welcoming place for people to worship and grow deeper in their faith!

Whether it’s your first time, hundredth time, or you’ve been a part of our church family for years, there is a place for you! 🤍

It’s Rally Weekend! 🎉

This weekend we’re kicking off a new year of ministry and we’re so excited for all God has in store!

Rally Weekend is an opportunity to launch our ministries, reconnect with one another, and look ahead with expectation for what God is going to do.

We’ll kick off Rally Sunday with breakfast together, then we’ll share lunch as we transition into Care and Safety Sunday, a time to learn how we can create a safe and welcoming place where people can come to worship, connect, and grow in their faith.

No better way to begin a new season than in the presence of God. 🤍

A new season is here!

As summer begins to wind down, many of us are preparing for a new season. Students are heading back to the classroom, teachers are getting ready to welcome a new year, and families are settling into new routines. New seasons can be exciting but can also bring a little uncertainty. That is why this Sunday we want to begin the school year by praying together.

During our worship services, we’ll take time to pray over all the students, teachers, school staff, and families as they get ready for the year ahead. No matter how old you are or what season you are entering, we’d love for you to be a part of this.

This Sunday also marks the beginning of a brand-new sermon series: Life Changing Conversations. Throughout this series we will explore conversations from Scripture that transformed lives and we’ll discover how God continues to use conversations to shape our faith today!

Happy Friday Hope Grimes! Pastor Andy back with another weekly E-News! ✉️

Progress is being made! The construction team has been hard at work getting the new space ready for you, and with fall approaching, our ministries have been hard at work getting things ready for a new ministry year!

In just a couple weekend’s from now we will be having Rally Sunday! If you have been looking for ways to get involved or get connected, Rally Sunday is the perfect opportunity for you! There are so many great ministries to be a part of and so many great ways to serve in and through this church! Mark your calendar! You won’t want to miss it!

We also want to invite you to join us this weekend for worship and to join us this Sunday following the 11:00 am service for, How God Wired You 101! This class is created to help you find and learn more about your Spiritual gifts and how to use them for the kingdom of God. If you’ve never experienced this class or have ever wondered what your gift might be, we encourage you to join us!

There is lots to look forward to and we look forward to starting this new season with you!

Keep hoping and keep praying.

In Luke 18, Jesus reminds us to pray continually and never lose heart. Persistent prayer builds our trust, strengthens our faith, and teaches us to depend on God’s timing instead of our own.

As you reflect on the message from Sunday, ask yourself this question: “Where is God inviting me to be more persistent in prayer?”

Take a moment today to bring that thing before Him.
