Happy First Sunday, What a Mighty God we serve 🙌🏽
Our Pastor preached an awesome message to get us through this new week. Scripture: Matthew 5;14
Subject: “I Was Built For This”
*** What you’re in war with, is not Physical, it’s Spiritual ***
-Jesus compares Salt to Light, the Salt changes your environment, and your Light should lighten up the environment.
-If you are the Light, then you have to BE the Light
-You should light up the room when you enter it.
**People will do one or two things:
1) Try to keep your light dim 2) Try to put your light out, only for theirs to shine.
-God will always Alter the plan, he will corrupt the old to give you new. You cannot dictate what God is going to do.
-People has to be careful how they handle you.
-When you’ve been chosen or called by God, you’re the first one to be attacked!
-Some things that we experience is not for us, it’s for the ones connected to us.
-Light will always outshine darkness. When you’ve been chosen, God will favor you. Favor isn’t fair.
**How to know when you have Favor**
-When you enter a room full of people, all conversations stop, all rolling eyes on you, everything is at a standstill.
-Favor will cause you to be isolated.
-God will take you the long way around, to get you where you should be. He’s preparing you, sometimes it’s better to get there slow, than not at all.
-If you want to be the light of the world, you’ve got to let your light shine!
-If your light is shining, people should recognize it. When they see it, they’ll want the same.
-God will put you in places, not for eternity but for a season.(temporarily). We have to know when the season is over.(Out of season Saints).
-There’s a difference in a Gift and the Anointing!

Today we celebrated the Williams, Johnson and Fambro families for their annual Family Reunion. New Life fellowshipped with St. Luke Overcoming Church of God, our pastor Eld J. Williams left the family with strong words of encouragement ❤️
Scripture: Psalm 40;1-2. Subject: “God Did It”
***According to the history of Family Reunion, it supposed to be a time of special times and conversations shared with one another.***
-People won’t remember how you look, but how you treated them. We have to be careful how we treat people.
-We are stronger together than we are apart. Do not let the enemy in!
-How do I deal with family? Love them and stay in the presence of God.
-Even when you get in the presence of God, we’re going to have Dark moments.
*How do you know when you’re having dark moments? When you wait patiently or have patience
-Help Is On The Way, don’t stop crying 🙌🏽
*MIRY- Muddy situation, Stuck
- The “Rock” is Jesus!! He’s a Solid Rock!!
-God won’t leave you Stuck, every now and then you have to reflect on your “Muddy” situations.
-Drag your blessings out of the mud!
-Keep your eyes on Jesus! You will lose focus by keeping your eyes on people.
-God has already established our Goings.
**How did you/we make it this far? GOD DID IT🙌🏽

The Spirit of the Lord was definitely in the house today as our Pastor brought forth another Powerful Word 🙌🏽 Scripture: Matthew 8;5-18
Subject “ I Got To Pick Up The Pieces”
**If you want to be in anybody’s hands, you want to be in God’s hands! According to statistics, 80% of stress that you’re carrying is not your stress, it’s the stress of others**
-People will always make you feel bad about the favor over your life, and the glory that’s on you and yours.
-Every day you’ve got to pull yourself together!
-You have to make sure you know what Season you’re in. Walk in the blessings of God.
-People are more attracted to you when they see you broken, than when you’re well put together.
-God got Better for you🙌🏽
**Palsy- A severe Muscle weakness, Stroke. Muscle filled with cramps. A nervous system failure.**
-Sometimes we want to tell God what to do, sometimes we have “SPIRITUAL BIPOLAR‼️”
-If you’re going to be good for anyone else, first you got to be good for yourself. Help yourself First!
-Sick people will hold you back, Well people will push you. Get with people who will speak life into you.
-God, Shift my situation Right Now🙌🏽🙌🏽
-If your house is going to be shifted, it starts with You, you’re the Gatekeeper!!

3rd Sunday, our Pastor gave us another Awesome word 🔥 🔥
Scripture: Matthew 16; 13-15
Subject: “Y’all Better Ask Somebody”
-On this journey, we’re going to need Jesus!
-You can be with Jesus and still have problems.
-You cannot let your Pain out do your Purpose! Your Purpose has to be bigger than your Pain. God’s assignment is bigger!
-You’re about to run into the OVERFLOW 🙌🏽
-Some people just don’t understand, not that they don’t remember. If he did it before, he’ll do it again.
-You cannot confuse your “BC” days with your “AC” days. Focus on where you’re going, not where you’ve been.
-People will always try to hold you to where you’ve been, only because they see you’re going to the next level.
-Jesus caught us before we messed up! He hid the evidence 🙌🏽
“Y’ALL BETTER ASK SOMEBODY‼️”
