One of the greatest callings God gives us is to make our homes places where Christ is known, loved, and worshiped.

In a world full of distractions, family worship through family devotions helps us slow down and build simple, meaningful rhythms around God’s Word, prayer, and praise.

That’s why McIntosh Baptist Church is hosting a Family Worship Conference on Saturday, August 22 from 9am–3:30pm.

This one-day conference is designed to encourage and equip households to build healthy, Christ-centered rhythms at home. Our speakers are pastors who are deeply passionate about this topic and committed to helping families cultivate worship in the home.

Whether you’re parents, grandparents, newly married, empty nesters, or attending as an individual, this conference is for you.

For $30 per household (or individual), registration includes:

Intro to Crestview is a one-day course designed to help newcomers learn more about our church. On Sunday, June 27, starting at 9:30 am, you can learn more about our beliefs, vision, philosophy of ministry, and history, as well as our understanding of what the Bible teaches about membership. The course is led by Pastor Thomas and our other elders. It is a fun and informative time together and includes lunch (free).

We are ON for our Family Fun Night!!

Tonight (Wednesday, June 17) at 6:30pm, bring your family for a night of fellowship, swimming, and food at Jody and Jennie Morgan's home. Hot dogs, toppings, drinks, and paper products will be provided. Please bring sides and desserts to share. Also, bring a chair.

Registration is open for our Hidden Treasure Vacation Bible School! VBS will be July 13-16, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM each day, and is open to all children entering kindergarten through completed fifth grade. This past week, Tricia and I traveled to Orlando, Florida, where we served as messengers to the 2026 annual meeting of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) from June 8-10. The SBC exists two days per year when messengers from 47,000 SBC-affiliated churches assemble to conduct convention business.
