The orphanage we are helping is in dire need. They are literally starving. I am asking anyone who can to please donate either monetarily or with items. The things needed are:
Big jars of Vaseline.
Bars of soap
Toothpaste and toothbrushes
Croc style shoes (all sizes)
School supplies (pencils and paper especially )

They make items out of yarn to sell. Purses, bags etc. So any color yarn would be great too.

An American dollar goes along way in Uganda. $5 could feed them for a day. So any amount great or small will be a blessing.

Dark room developing.
Have you ever seen a dark room for developing photos? There are a few things God has revealed to me about the process of developing a picture. I pray this blesses and encourages you today.

The picture…
- It has to go through a process before the beauty is seen.
- It has to make it through the darkness to see the light
- It has to be in a room shut off from the world to grow into the beauty
- Red is the only light that will develop the picture.

This is exactly what happens in the growth of our testimony and faith in Jesus!

1) It is a process. Your relationship with Jesus is a process of learning, trusting and growing. Lean into the process and let God develop your picture of faith!

2) A photo starts the development process dark. Just as we do in the dark shadow of sun. Darkness is the beginning , not your ending . Jesus is the light that will shine on tour beautifully developed picture when you stand before Him in glory!

3) A dark room has a closed door. If the door is opened before the process, it damages and delays the development of the picture. Sometimes things awem dark and they mask our joy. But as a King’s Kid, you have to shut the world out. Listen for God’s voice. Have a prayer closet where you go to focus only on God and listening for Him. Listening to the world will take you away from your process and you will be underdeveloped.

4) This is my favorite! Red! It’s no coincidence that a red light develops a picture. The 🩸 (Facebook deletes my post if I use the word b***d because it’s offensive!) of Jesus is the only thing that washes our sin away and allows us the beauty of being a King’s Kid and the gift of eternal life. Once you are fully developed and you enter into His arms… there is no other more beautiful picture.

God’s plan is beautifully perfect. Don’t follow the process of the world trying to develop the enemies idea of a perfect picture. Go through God’s process, ensure the darkness and focus on following the light, keep the door to the enemy shut and spend time with Jesus’s in prayer, and allow the b*ood of Jesus to wash you clean. He is decelua beautiful picture of YOU!! Let Him!
