🎉 Youth Night Recap!!! 🎉

Last night, our students gathered for fellowship and Bible study. Our game time included being blindfolded and guided through a maze by another student, which transitioned perfectly into our Bible study.

We learned that in this maze we call life, God’s will doesn’t have to be a mystery. He reveals His truth to us through the Bible! We are not guaranteed a life of happiness, health, wealth, or security, but we CAN be confident that following the Lord brings hope that surpasses all circumstances.

Teenagers are the BEST! Our next Youth Night is Sunday, June 28. Mark your calendars!

Is it possible to opt out of our accountability to God? To choose not to follow Him and then go about doing our own thing, without consequence? As Amos delivers his first batch of messages from God, we are struck by the fact that all nations, all peoples, everywhere, are will be held accountable to God regardless of whether or not they want to.

At the same time, the people who do follow God have this knack for straying away. It always seems to start with a tiny little compromise, but then that compromise snowballs into something much bigger and deadlier. As we explore verses 1:3 -2:5 in the Book of Amos, we are confronted yet again with just how relevant this book is to us today.

For some reason, people think they can opt out of their accountabil...

Does this sound familiar? A nation called to faithfulness, instead indulges in every kind of self-gratification and revelry available to them, while their devotion to God slowly devolves into empty rituals, symbolic gestures, and cultural motions. The well-to-do pamper themselves and the poor are left out in the cold.

While this could describe America in 2026 it is also a spot-on description of the Kingdom of Israel in 750 B.C., the era when the prophet Amos preached.

Our next sermon series is “The Book of Amos!” Please join us, beginning May 17th and each Sunday throughout May and June for this timely series.

Our Mother's Day Sermon celebrated the many blessings of motherhood, but most of all it recognized the most important privilege a mother has - the privilege of helping to shepherd her children into the arms of a loving Savior!

Sermon is now online!!!

Motherhood is such a gift, and such a blessing from God. Simply by the sheer fact of being a mom, a woman plays a vital role in God's plan for mankind. In th...
