Thompson Temple Church Of God In Christ Thompson Temple Church of God in Christ is a local church in Gretna, Louisiana, just minutes outside of New Orleans. Superintendent Keith E.

Thompson Temple was founded in 1951 by Bishop Joseph A Thompson. Thornton is our Pastor. Due to the pandemic, church is open in-person for worship on Sundays at 12pm only. All safety protocols are strictly enforced. Hour of Power Prayer is virtual via conference call every Tuesday at 6pm CST. Bible Study is virtual via Zoom every Wednesday at 7pm CST. All information is updated weekly on social media for more information.
