Today we pause to honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. Their courage, sacrifice, and willingness to stand in the gap remind us of a deeper truth woven through Scripture — that freedom is always costly.

Jesus said, “Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.” (John 15:13)
On this Memorial Day, we remember those who lived that kind of love with extraordinary bravery.

May we honor their memory with gratitude, humility, and a renewed commitment to live lives worthy of the freedoms we enjoy.
