General information
Doc’s Wood Art is a Christian, family owned business that started in 2011. We are: Michael “Doc” Hadden, Master Wood Carver; Karen Hadden, Graphic Designer/Artist; and Cheryl Brown, Detail Artist. You will work with our graphic designer to design your perfect sign and then after you approve your design Doc will personally hand carve it. We also have an artist who hand paints any color on your sign. Each of Doc’s signs are carved by CNC and hand router from carefully selected Western Red Cedar and are sealed for inside use or for outside use. We use Western Red Cedar because it will last for years with proper care, even in the harshest environments. It has a natural resistance to moisture, deterioration and insect damage.
