Fellowship Presbyterian Church is located on the east side of Greenville toward the city of Greer. Our purpose is to delight in worship that is reverent and God-centered, to have a part in seeing those alienated from God brought into a relationship with Him and to see every member of the body grow in that relationship and walk with Christ in every area of life. Let me expand on that a bit…
We bel
ieve and love the Bible as the Word of God, trust it to be true, reliable and to have authority over everything in our lives. Central to the message of the Scriptures is the bad news that we are by nature those who seek to indulge ourselves rather than live in submission to the God who made us. As a result, we make a mess of our lives (often learning that truth only after many hard lessons). The good news, while we can never undo our sin or measure up to God's standard ourselves, is that Jesus Christ came to save us from our sin by dying in our place on the cross. He not only saves us from sin's effects when we die, He breaks the bo***ge that sin has over us now and enables us to live joyfully as we were intended to in relationship with Him. This salvation from sin and its effects is given freely by God's grace through faith in Christ alone. There is much more for you to learn about Fellowship Presbyterian Church – opportunities for worship, Bible study, discipleship, provision for physical needs, informal social gatherings, family and youth events, meetings for men, for women… We span the spectrum of ages and vocations, but see the Lord knitting us together in a manifestation of the body of Christ. We hope you will visit us soon and that we will have an opportunity to minister to you. Pastor Marty Martin
