❤️ FAMILY WEDNESDAYS ARE COMING! ❤️

We are so excited to introduce Family Wednesdays at The Salvation Army of Johnson County!

Sometimes families just need a place to slow down, laugh together, make something, play a game, and spend time with one another — without worrying about how much it’s going to cost.

That’s exactly what these Wednesday evenings are about. ❤️

Starting in September and continuing through December, we’ll have different family activities including:

🎲 Giant games & family game nights
🎨 Crafts, leaf printing & pumpkin painting
🧩 Puzzles & creative challenges
🍂 Fall family activities
🦃 Thanksgiving activities
📸 Family Christmas photos
🎄 Christmas crafts & candy night
…and plenty of opportunities to simply have FUN together!

And the best part?

These activities are FREE and ALL families are welcome! 🙌

You do not have to be enrolled in one of our programs or receiving assistance. We want this to be a place where families throughout our community can come together, make memories, and feel welcome.

The Greenwood Growth Speaker Series schedule has been updated, please see the revised flyer.

Our first two presentations, featuring speakers from AIM and the MPO, were a great success. We look forward to welcoming Health by Design and MIBOR to the Council in September.
