What a beautiful Promotion Sunday! This past Sunday we ate breakfast all together, learning all about what our Sunday School Ministry looks like! We also celebrated our teachers with much thanks! We are excited to welcome Alessandro Fonseca as our interim Music Director! Alessandro is a native of Brazil and was recently hired as the Assistant Professor of Piano at Mississippi Valley State. He is married to his wife Rio, and they are moving to Greenwood after most recently living in Florida. He has already made an impact in our music and worship ministry this past Sunday through his piano playing and direction of the choir.
Everyone make sure to welcome him to the St. John’s Church Family 💜🩵💙
