Most churches in America function as collecting agencies rather than sending agencies. This is understandable, especially as we see people leaving the Church in droves; we don't want "our people" to go.

This probably leaves you asking: "If my job isn't to put together sermons or provide religious goods and services, what actually is my job?"

But don't worry: you don't have to scrap everything you're doing and start from scratch. You just might need a simple paradigm shift, and that starts with asking new questions.

No matter if you're a pastor, a church leader, or a person with a heart for the kingdom of God, we understand what it feels like to not know how to get where you're supposed to go in a cultural climate of uncertainty and volatility.
