Psalms 133 reminds us: “How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!”

Please join us for our next Mission Mississippi of Leflore County Lunch Meeting on Thursday, May 14, at noon, at Locus Benedictus.

We will gather around the table under a simple and powerful theme: One Table. One Mission. One Mississippi.

We listen and form friendships across lines that too often divide us, and to seek the healing and unity that reflect the heart of Christ. As a result, we become ambassadors for unity in our community.

This work matters deeply. God calls us not only to talk about reconciliation, but to practice it with humility and patience.

We especially encourage you to invite a friend, a neighbor, a church member, a coworker, or someone who has not been with us in a while.

Sometimes one invitation is all it takes to help someone reconnect with this mission and recommit to the work of Christian unity.

Our hope and prayer is that God will continue to stir revival in our hearts - a revival of love and understanding.

True reconciliation begins when we are willing to sit together, pray together, share a meal, and see one another as beloved children of God.
