The Greenwood Area Food Pantry would like to thank you for your support for the past year. We are open on the 1st and the 3rd Wednesday of every month. 2:00-3:00 for Greenwood residents and from 3:00-5:30 for all area residents in need of food assistance. See Facebook feed for any c
hanges to that schedule due to weather or delivery schedule. First and Third Tuesdays are when we get food deliveries (usually around 11:00) and we need assistance to put onto the shelves. The following day, Wednesday is when we are open (see hours above). Usually from 1:45 to 3:30 is our busiest time that we need the help. If you have any questions, please respond on our page and we will get back to you. We serve mostly the Greenwood area. We have grown from one family that first day to over 60 families a month. We distribute over a two tons of food a month and we depend solely on the generosity of our donors to keep our pantry full. We hope we can count on you for support to keep our shelves full for the next year. Feel free to stop by and visit the pantry. We are partnered with Feed My People and are able to really stretch every dollar we receive by purchasing needed stables from the FMP food bank. Monetary donations can be mailed or dropped off at the church. If you have any food donations, please contact us through the page and we will arrange a time for the drop off. Thank You
