In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Lord,
Thank You for the gift of this day and for speaking to me through Your Word.

In today’s readings, You remind me that:
(briefly summarize the theme — e.g., trust, mercy, courage, forgiveness)

Help me to live this out in a real and simple way today.
When I feel stressed or angry or lonely out just far from you, remind me that You are near.
When I forget to love, gently turn my heart back to You.

Give me a light spirit,
a generous heart,
and the grace to notice You in the ordinary moments—
in people, in work, and even in challenges.

Walk with me today, Lord.
Make me a small reflection of Your goodness.

I place everything in Your hands—
my thoughts, my plans, my worries, and my joys.

And if I mess up (because I probably will),
remind me that Your mercy is bigger than all of it.

Amen.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

When you visit a Catholic Priest, remember his heart: he's a spiritual father, devoted to serving YOU. No family of his own, but a flock to tend, a community to love. He's called to give his life to the Eucharist, to listen in the confessional, to comfort the sick, and to guide the lost.

Most priests serve a parish for just a few years, then move on. They rely on YOU – volunteers, staff, and faithful – to keep the parish thriving. They can't always be there, but they want to be.

Your giving supports the Church, not a priest's personal salary. They live simply, with modest stipends, no paid leave, and vacations earned slowly. They're on call day and night, with no set hours or days off.

They're human, too – weary, fragile, and carrying heavy burdens. If you hear gossip, speak up and defend them. They're often alone, so be a friend, offer a smile, and pray for them.

Celebrate their birthdays and ordination anniversaries. Support them in their struggles and lift them up when they stumble. They're not perfect, but they're dedicated to serving YOU.

Remember the priest who baptized you, married you, and prayed for you? Take care of them, just as they've cared for you. May God bless and protect His priests, through Jesus Christ, our Eternal High Priest. Amen

Thursday Morning Prayer

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Heavenly Father,
We come to you today grateful for the gift of your word and the readings that guide us.
We pray for guidance and generosity, to live as You have taught us, praying for others in their need, forgiving without being asked, and loving despite human frailty and faults.
Teach us to share the blessings You've given us, and to trust in Your plan for our lives.

We also pray for healing for those who are hurting, especially those in our family who need comfort and peace.
Help us to support one another, forgive each other, and walk together in love.
Guide us to be a source of strength and unity, reflecting Your love to those around us.

May we be inspired by the message of love and forgiveness in today's readings, and may we strive to live out our faith with generosity and compassion.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
