As we begin the search for our next Lead Pastor, we want to hear from the people who know The Seventh Collective best. This isn’t simply about filling a position—it’s about helping identify the leader who can help us continue pursuing our mission, reaching our community downtown, and becoming the church God is calling us to be. Wednesday Real Talk: Don't Do it. Don't Celebrate it.

In moments of transition, gossip can spread faster than truth. And sometimes, even more painful than gossip is watching people celebrate when someone else is hurting.

We have to be better than that.

The adversary would love nothing more than to turn our disappointment into division, our questions into speculation, and our conversations into gossip.

So let's be different.

Let's protect the unity of this church, protect one another, and and keep our eyes on the mission God has given us.

How we treat each other in this season will say much more about who we are than the transition itself.
