Sierra Bible Camp: Redding-Reno

Thank you, all for your encouraging words. We too are heartbroken at the loss of our camp and are still coming to terms with all of the devastation. We have enjoyed so many years there and have come to know the communities around the lake as a part of our Christian family.
Yet, as we mourn the loss of our facility, we realize how blessed we are that we were able to evacuate early and no life was or has been lost. We have a loving Christian family that ministers to us, and a Loving God, who blesses us in so many ways.
Thank you for your prayers and your willingness to help. Once we have the opportunity to make a full assessment of SBC, we will rebuild. The true SBC, is in the hearts of those who serve and that has not been destroyed.

The winds shifted and the Dixie fire came back at camp from the south east side. We are so sad to report that the fire went through camp. Please keep the families and communities in that area in your prayers.

Close to the lake the firefighters started a back burn that is controlled but it’s now burned right up to the creek at Canyon Dam.

CalFire is using our camp as a base 7/25. God bless them and keep them safe.

The Dixie fire is closing in on SBC. It's time to pray for Sierra Bible Camp.
